In the Eastern Highlands of Zimbabwe there is a mountain range called Chimanimani. On the main range on the Zim side, not too far north or south there is a cave. Not a minutes walk down from the cave is a recessed depression that reveals a space borne out of a fairy tale that bares a small stream and pool. Perfect for restocking water supplies. Water runs down the smooth rock walls into the pool. This sketch was loosely inspired by this special place.
